Extra Sharp - Real Cheddar tastes better! We handcraft our Cheddar using the raw milk from our family dairy farm. Using traditional cheddaring methods, we age our Extra Sharp Cheddar for at least one year to give you a sharp yet smooth taste, leaving other Cheddars with something to be desired. Melt into your mac n' cheese, grate on a salad, or simply enjoy with crackers.
